Update! Goal #1 Exercise!

Hey all!

So exercising this summer has been a challenge with everything that comes along with summer, the heat, the get-togethers, the travelling. I have sort of lost track of my exercising. I was doing well for a while, but now I am back to not exercising very much! :(

No Fear!!! I have a plan to make a comeback in August. Since I am now comfortable with going to the gym and working out, I have bought a gym membership to be able to work out anytime I want! That means taking myself there at least three times a week to do some form of exercise!

This is a really exciting time for me because I feel that this time I can actually come through with my goal! I have now proven to myself earlier in the summer that I can stay on a schedule, I just need to stick with it and find a way to balance it out so that my social life doesn't interfere! I am confident I will do that this August. I will be hitting the gym THREE times a week for the WHOLE month. I will keep you updated weekly on my progress! I am sure I will have some great results!!!!
