Goal #1: EXERCISE!

So today I started my goal to exercise.
Boy was it ever a wake up call.
I decided to run beside the beautiful Rideau Canal here in Ottawa. Boy, do I ever feel it now. I was only able to jog for about 5 minutes at a steady pace before I had to slow down significantly. I ended up staying at it for about a half hour , a mixture of running and walking , and a break in between.
As a 22 year old male, I feel so embarrassed. A few years ago I could do about 20 minutes of jogging without having a real slow down. Well I am a bit sick so it did affect me a little, but still should not of felt as bad as it did!
So I am looking to make a huge change in my life, it's time to make room for plenty of exercise. This means going for runs at least three times a week, for the entire summer. Yes, that is my goal! Everyone, I need your support and words of encouragement
